Even though work has been getting busier for me and Edoardo, we managed to get out this weekend and enjoy Rome with a walk in the center. One of my favorite things to do is check out new (food) places and I found a couple near Piazza Vittorio and Monti. I highly recommend Regoli for amazing pastries and coffee, especially because it has a hidden window to pass pastries from one side of the shop to the other. Love. I also found a vintage clothes store on Via Cavour that had all sorts of hidden gems.
In other news, tonight we felt two earthquakes in Rome, with the epicenters focused in the Abruzzo and Marche areas. So far, there doesn't seem to be critical damage but you can't know for sure until all of the shocks have passed. It's definitely strange living in a place where earthquakes are more common. Hoping that everyone is safe in central Italy tonight!
